How FPL price changes work

Player prices in Fantasy Premier League move with the transfer market. Players who are bought by lots of managers rise in price, and players who are sold by lots of managers fall.

Prices change once a day at 00:00 UK time, in steps of £0.1m. A player can move by up to £0.3m in a single gameweek.

How to read the table

Progress shows how far a player is towards their next price change, as a percentage. Positive numbers are heading for a rise and negative numbers for a fall. At 100% or more, FPL expects the price to change at the next update.

Prediction shows when FPL projects that change to happen: tonight, tomorrow, in two days, or further away than that. Ownership is the share of managers who currently own the player.

Progress is a guide, not a guarantee. Heavy selling late in the day can pull a player back below the threshold, and heavy buying can push one over it.

Why prices matter

Buying a player before a rise means you pay less than the price he settles at. When you sell a player for more than you paid, FPL takes half of the profit (rounded down), so catching rises gradually builds your team value.

Every number comes from the official Fantasy Premier League data, including FPL's own price change predictions. This site checks for new data every minute, and FPL itself updates its figures roughly every 15 minutes.

Are the predictions guaranteed?

No. A player close to the threshold can still miss out if managers change their transfers late in the day.
